Overview

Expanded PVC is a foamed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet that is low cost and lightweight.  The Sintra® brand is sometimes viewed as synonymous with this product.  The surface is a smooth matte finish and is available in a wide range of thicknesses and colors.  It is recommended for industrial and commercial signage. It readily accepts virtually any form of graphic overlay (print, vinyl, paint and photo mounting).

Expanded PVC is also easy to cut, rout, heat bend, pressure and vacuum form, making it a popular choice for three-dimensional exhibits and displays. It has good screw and staple retention which makes it ideal for stage prop design, cabinetry and other wood replacement projects.

Terms & Conditions.  Orders for less than case quantity incur a $15 case breakage/repackaging fee.  Orders over $1000 receive a 5% discount. Saw cut rectangular shapes ("Cut-to-Size") incurs a $10 set-up charge and $1.00 per straight cut.  Pricing is based on yield from standard sizes listed above.  All tolerances are +/- 1/8” unless otherwise specified. Irregular shapes and/or items processed in other than by sawing, will be quoted seperately.

Shipping and handling is additional. Add $15 for parcel and $40 for skid shipments for handling.  We will call you back within the next business day to obtain your credit card information and confirm shipping and handling cost.
